- Financial Management: Manage P&L, set budgets, and ensure financial targets are met. Interpret commercial data to ensure adherence to budgeted targets.
- Customer & Supplier Relationships: Maintain strong relationships and develop strategic alliances. Drive commercial growth and new product development.
- Health & Safety: Promote a strong H&S culture and ensure compliance. Lead a strong Health Safety & Environment culture.
- People Management: Lead and develop the site management team, fostering a positive culture. Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Operations, or related field (desirable).
- Proven success as a senior leader in the food industry.
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Experience in leading operations of a single site/business unit in food manufacturing.
