Business Support Personnel
Annual Salary: £25k - £35k

Job Type: Hybrid (3-4 days in the office)
Reed is recruiting on behalf of a leading firm of chartered surveyors based in Leeds city centre. Our client is looking for a dedicated Business Support Personnel to provide essential support to their dynamic and fast-moving operations across the UK. This role is ideal for someone with experience in property or professional services such as law or finance.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Perform clerical duties including filing, scanning, and organising documents
- Type and proofread various documents to ensure accuracy
- Assist in maintaining office organisation and efficiency
- Computerise information for easy access and retrieval
- Demonstrate proper phone etiquette in all communications
- Provide comprehensive administrative support as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in data entry processes
- Strong clerical skills and a keen attention to detail
- Efficient typing skills
- Familiarity with office procedures and organizational tasks
- Ability to computerise information effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Prior experience in administrative roles is highly advantageous
