Area to be covered: North Yorkshire, Humberside, Durham & Teesside

Remuneration: £45,000 - £50,000 negotiable depending on experience + 9% bonus

Benefits: Volvo XC40 or equivalent (hybrid or electric) + full comprehensive benefits package

The role of the Area Sales Manager Aggregates will involve:

Territory sales position selling a manufactured range of IBAA (incinerator bottom ash aggregates)

65% of your time will be spent selling to and generating specification with: tier 1 contractors, sub-contractors, local authorities and ground workers

The remaining 35% of your time will be spent selling to builders merchants

Circa 50- active accounts to manage

Inheriting a well establish area currently on target

Project sizes can range up to 500,000 tons +

The ideal applicant will be Area Sales Manager Aggregates with:

Must have in construction field sales experience

Ideally from a related heavyside product background however open on products for the right candidate

Ideally sold to main contractors, sub-contractors, groundworkers, builder merchants, local authorities, consulting engineers, civil engineers at some level

Must be able to present technical information

Driven, organised, strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills
