An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join a leading organisation within the home improvement sector. This role is focused on driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships with partners across the Northern region.
Business Development Manager Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop key business accounts, ensuring long-term success and brand representation.
- Identify and onboard new partners, guiding them through our sales and marketing programs.
- Conduct performance reviews and business audits to enhance partner success.
- Act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring market-leading service.
- Work closely with marketing teams to execute strategic campaigns and product launches.
- Utilise CRM systems to track activities, forecast sales, and monitor market trends.
- Stay ahead of competitor activity, product developments, and industry trends.
- Attend industry events to promote the brand and build professional networks.
Business Development Manager Skills & Experience:
- A proactive, results-driven individual with strong commercial awareness.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in sales performance metrics.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience within the home improvement, construction, or related industries is advantageous.
- Full UK driving licence required.
