Business Development Manager

Field Based, North of England

£35,000-£45,000 plus company car & bonus

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join a leading organisation within the home improvement sector. This role is focused on driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships with partners across the Northern region.

Business Development Manager Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop key business accounts, ensuring long-term success and brand representation.
  • Identify and onboard new partners, guiding them through our sales and marketing programs.
  • Conduct performance reviews and business audits to enhance partner success.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring market-leading service.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to execute strategic campaigns and product launches.
  • Utilise CRM systems to track activities, forecast sales, and monitor market trends.
