Role & Responsibilities
- Sellinga housing solutionto housingassociations, localauthorities
- Develop contacts and use existing relationshipsto secure work.
- Attend meetings to showcase theproduct
- Provide technical advice on the projects
- Liaise with the commercial team to submit tenders and follow up

Required Knowledge & Experience
- Previous experiencein construction business development
- Preferably withinthe social housing/ local authority sectors
- Sound technical knowledge and good IT skills
