Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday

The Role

My client is seeking an experienced General Manager / Sales Manager to join their established business who sell high end prestige vehicles which are bespoke to the individual customers wants and needs. This role will see you use your sales knowledge but also commercial acumen as my clients wants you to treat this role / business as if it was your own and embrace all the responsibilities that come with this.

Responsibilities, package and experience needed from the General Sales Manager:

  • Able to manage a business / unit as if it was your own
  • Can attend exclusive car events, network, and able to sell to demanding high end customers
  • Must be commercial astute and have a knowledge of growing a business
  • Package will be determined by what the successful person brings to the table in experience and connections
  • Corporate benefits include private healthcare, life assurance, pension and much more
  • You must come from the car industry.

What do I need?

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience as a Sales Manager / General Manager / Business Owner within the automotive industry. In addition to your experience, you will demonstrate the following:

  • Excellent relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong business mindset
  • A calm and professional manner
