SaaS Regional Account Manager

A leading SaaS, Design and Engineering tech vendor serving the engineering and product development sectors, providing solutions across industries such as aerospace, automotive, electronics, and manufacturing is looking to continue its steady growth. The position is for a Regional Account Manager to win new business and consolidate and grow clients across the Northern region.

As a Regional Account Manager, you will manage an assigned territory, drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing customers and acquire new logo prospects. You’ll collaborate with pre-sales, and executive teams to maximize closed-won deals.

Key Responsibilities:

? Prospecting & Pipeline Growth - Identify new business opportunities and leverage marketing leads.

? Customer Relationship Management - Understand client challenges, engage key stakeholders, and provide tailored solutions.

? Value Articulation - Align business objectives with company solutions using a customer-centric approach.

? Sales Execution & Forecasting - Lead deals from opportunity to close, maintain accurate forecasts, and track activities in CRM.

? Negotiation & Closing - Manage buying cycles, handle objections, and secure multi-stakeholder buy-in.

? Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with pre-sales, post-sales, and industry experts to ensure success.

? Product Proficiency - Maintain deep knowledge of all company solutions

Territory - Northern UK

Ideal profile:

  • STEM subject Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years’ experience successfully selling technology solutions
  • A background in Science or Engineering
  • Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and presentation skills required for delivering the value proposition
  • Capable of building on existing relationships and winning new logo business
