About the Role:
We are looking for an ambitious Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth within either the North (Sheffield/Leeds) or London/South region. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a regional territory, develop client relationships, and contribute to the success of a growing business.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage sales within a designated region, identifying and securing new business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Work closely with the Key Account/National Account teams to support business growth.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
- Proven experience in Regional Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
- Background in waste management, environmental services, or related industries is desirable.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive business growth.
- Excellent communication and strategic planning abilities.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the region.
