HR Administrator

Leeds/ Remote

Temporary Ongoing£13.50 PAYE ph

Hamilton Woods Associates have been engaged by a Leeds based housing association to recruit for a HR Administrator on a temporary ongoing basis. The role will assist both the L&D and HR team.

Responsibilities of the HR Administrator:

  • Creating PO's/paying invoices using the online finance system
  • Updating the HRIS with changes
  • Creating and sending references
  • Completing the leaver process to offboard colleagues
  • Completing probation letters
  • Carrying out general admin work including saving documents to the HRIS
  • Responding to general admin queries that come into the shared mailbox
  • Logging changes to colleague T&C's
  • Adding starters and leavers to the online benefits platform
  • Sending length of service awards using the online benefits platform
  • Booking training requests
  • Creating training agreements
  • Creating and distributing non-attendance lists for training sessions
  • Attending and taking minutes for the monthly Colleague Forum

Requirements of the HR Administrator:

  • Previous administration experience in a busy, professional environment with proven expertise of working in a customer focused team.
  • Strong general administrative skills with a highly organised approach to your work and ability to prioritise.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word/Outlook/Excel.
  • High accuracy and excellent attention to detail with great written and verbal communication skills
