JOB REF: 215298369TITLE: New Build SolicitorLOCATION: StaffordshireSALARY: £40-50k (DOE)THE ROLE:The successful candidate will manage and oversee their own caseload of new build property matters from start to completion, including sales, purchases, shared ownership, of equity, right to buy, and lease extensions. You will build strong relationships with clients and key contacts, providing legal advice and support throughout the conveyancing process.THE CANDIDATE:Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with any level of PQE with prior experience in new build conveyancing. Candidates should possess a strong technical knowledge of residential property law and demonstrate the ability to manage their caseload effectively, consistently meeting deadlines and targets.
