Our client are currently looking for an IFA Administrator to join their supportive and professional team in Liverpool. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

About the RoleAs an IFA Administrator, you will provide vital support to ensure their clients and colleagues receive a high-quality experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing client meeting documents and maintaining accurate client records.
  • Managing Letters of Authority (LOA) processes and submitting new business applications.
  • Processing fund switches, Bed & ISAs, and handling general administrative tasks.
  • Monitoring workflows and managing tasks in our back-office systems.
  • Liaising with clients, providers, and contractors via phone, email, and in person.
  • Maintaining high professional standards in office organization and client service.

Your role will also involve supporting colleagues with ad-hoc tasks, projects, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
