About the Role
- Title: Business Development Executive
- Role: Full time, permanent
- Hours: Mon - Fri, 9 - 5pm
- Location: Liverpool, fully office based - but potential to relocate with progression

Key Responsibilities
- Work towards and exceed targets by developing a structured approach to cold calling and lead generation.
- Proactively identify and convert outbound opportunities into qualified leads for the sales team.
- Present and sell a range of financial solutions to prospective customers.
- Manage inbound customer enquiries and provide information about available services.
- Maintain and update customer records, ensuring timely follow-ups and relationship management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support existing customers and maximise future business opportunities.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an excellent telephone manner.
- Driving License required for future opportunities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to sales.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Confidence in working independently as well as within a team environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with adaptability to evolving business processes.
- Basic computer literacy and experience using CRM systems (preferred but not essential).
- Full training will be provided tailored to your experience level.
