About the Role

  • Title: Business Development Executive
  • Role: Full time, permanent
  • Hours: Mon - Fri, 9 - 5pm
  • Location: Liverpool, fully office based - but potential to relocate with progression

Key Responsibilities

  • Work towards and exceed targets by developing a structured approach to cold calling and lead generation.
  • Proactively identify and convert outbound opportunities into qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Present and sell a range of financial solutions to prospective customers.
  • Manage inbound customer enquiries and provide information about available services.
  • Maintain and update customer records, ensuring timely follow-ups and relationship management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support existing customers and maximise future business opportunities.
Requirements

Skills Required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an excellent telephone manner.
  • Driving License required for future opportunities.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Confidence in working independently as well as within a team environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with adaptability to evolving business processes.
  • Basic computer literacy and experience using CRM systems (preferred but not essential).
  • Full training will be provided tailored to your experience level.
