Location: LiverpoolType: Permanent, Monday-Friday scheduleSalary: £30k per annum
What You'll Do:- Assist senior account managers with customer enquiries, contract sales, and data analysis
- Coordinate various reports, including commercial, financial, and credit reporting
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining strong customer relationships
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Commercial to address and resolve customer issues
- Work alongside the customer accounts team to drive customer satisfaction and maximise efficiency
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and numerical skills
- A self-motivated and commercially driven attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Degree level qualifications or equivalent experience
- Working knowledge of SAP
- A valid driving licence
- Previous experience in an office environment
- A background in business, economics, science, or a similar field
