Commercial Executive

Our client, a globally recognised organisation based in Liverpool, is seeking a Commercial Executive to join their thriving Customer Accounts team. Location: Liverpool
Type: Permanent, Monday-Friday schedule
Salary: 30k per annum

• Assist senior account managers with customer enquiries, contract sales, and data analysis
• Coordinate various reports, including commercial, financial, and credit reporting
• Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining strong customer relationships
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Commercial to address and resolve customer issues
• Work alongside the customer accounts team to drive customer satisfaction and maximise efficiency

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and numerical skills
• A self-motivated and commercially driven attitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Degree level qualifications or equivalent experience

• Working knowledge of SAP
• A valid driving licence
• Previous experience in an office environment
• A background in business, economics, science, or a similar field
