Customer Service Administrator – temporary role – 2 months.
We are currently recruiting for a busy company based in Bootle. This is a temporary role to support the team with all manner of customer service and administration.
Hours of work – 8am-5pm. With an hours paid lunch.
Hourly rate of £12.21ph. Salary if this role were permanent - £28,571pa
This role consists of the following tasks –
- Inbound and outbound calls, dealing with varied queries.
- Redirecting calls to specific departments.
- Administration duties such as sending emails, data entry.
- Updating the data bases and checking customer details.
- All other general customer service and administration as required.
We are looking for someone with similar experience in the above tasks. You will have good IT skills and be able to work well in a busy role. We require a confident communicator with experience of working in a fast paced role.
This role will be starting on the 7th of April.
