Role: Administration Officer

Location: SE14, South East London

Contract: Full Time

Hours: 08:30 - 16:00 (Monday to Friday)

Rate: £15 - £17.50 Per hour

Our Outstanding partner school secondary school wish to appoint an Administration Officer to work in student services. The school are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join their friendly and supportive support team. Prior experience using databases such as Bromcom or SIMS would be a massive bonuses.

Administration Officer | Day-to-day of the role

  • To provide necessary administrative and support service across the school as part of the School Admin team.
  • Applicants will have first-rate IT skills in all MS Office applications
  • The post holder will at all times carry out the duties and responsibilities with due regard to the School Policies and ensure the aspects of the post are performed in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal, written and communication skills

Administration Officer | Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • GCSE or equivalent at grade C/5 in English and Maths.
  • Excellent organisational, planning, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach and the ability to work under pressure.
  • IT literate, with proficiency in management information systems.
  • Experience in a directly relevant role, preferably within an educational establishment.
