This role offers a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment and wants to make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Typing: Prepare documents from audio recordings and written copy.
  • Word Formatting: Ensure consistent formatting for various documents.
  • Project Setup: Utilise cloud-based filing and time management systems to set up and organize projects.
  • Time Management: Update information in the Harvest time management system.
  • Phone Handling: Answer incoming calls professionally and direct them appropriately.
  • Expense Management: Download expense reports and input data into Excel spreadsheets.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Prior experience in administrative roles preferred.
