  • Processing and filing invoices for approval
  • Updating and storing of compliance documents
  • Maintaining systems
  • Chasing arrears
  • Liaising between Contractors and Managers as required

The key skills and attributes for the position of Administration Assistant include:

  • Experience in an administrative role.
  • Impeccable written & spoken English.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong planning and organising skills to support more than one Manager.
  • Good communication skills to build and maintain strong relations with Clients.
  • Good numeracy skills are of paramount importance.
