EA to CFO - Global Real Estate £55,000 - £60,000CityTHE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE SUPPORTING AT C-SUITE LEVEL AND HAVE WORKED IN AN INTERNATIONAL COMPANY, MANAGING STAKEHOLDERS GLOBALLY My client, a global Real Estate company based across London and Germany, are looking for a confident, experienced and adaptable EA with experience supporting at C-Suite level. You will support the Group CFO with diary management, travel arrangements, and other administrative duties in a fast-paced, dynamic role. Ad-hoc support to an MD and UK CFO as required. The role:
  • Extensive diary management and meeting coordination across time zones
  • Booking and coordinating complex travel including itineraries
  • Arranging and coordinating events (lunches, dinners and conferences)
  • Managing expenses
  • Document production including reports, presentations and correspondence – advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential
  • Printing documents, binding, filing, and archiving
  • Ordering office supplies
