Planning/ Client Leadership Business Director -London - Jan start

Our client is one of the largest full service Media Agencies within the UK with an extremely impressive client portfolio covering verticals such as Ecom, Retail, Fashion, Sport, B2B and more. Our client is looking for a Comms Planner to join the team in a brand new Account Director position, where you will be working with a leading household brand. Some company benefits include:

As the Business Director, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading your client hub, including being the first point of contact for clients, any day-to-day requests and escalations, and working with them on strategic comms planning for business growth.
  • Leading your direct team, coaching them, ensuring their progression and coordinating activation, specialist teams internally.
  • Ensuring all planning is industry leading, through keeping up with industry developments, encouraging clients to be pro-active and forward-thinking, and showing intelligence and creative flair.
  • Supporting on new business pitches, growing client accounts and showing great commerciality.
  • Be a leader within the broader agency, including participation in wider agency activities and showcase their values.

You

  • Are a skilled and experienced media planner, with exceptional client leadership skills and a passion for exceptional client service.
  • Are an industry expert, passionate about immersing yourself in your clients' business and industries.
  • Have excellent leadership experience, and enjoy mentoring and coaching more junior team members to ensure their growth.
  • Are a strong communicator, with exceptional story-telling abilities and a track record in delivering growth for clients.
