THE ROLE

Due to business growth and team expansion, an exciting position has become available for an Events Assistant to come on board and support across the board. Working within their close knit and busy events team responsibilities are broad and include:

•          Supporting across their extensive portfolio of events

•          Working closely with internal teams

•          Liaising with hotels

•          Supporting with the coordination of branding

•          Stakeholder communication and registration

•          Timeline management and communication

•          Website management

•          Onsite registration management and event support 

•          Post event support

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates should ideally come with experience of working within the events sector with any exposure to corporate conferences being an added benefit. Candidates must have excellent communication and administration capabilities along with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Candidates must be open to travelling onsite to support with the delivery of events. Candidates with 6 – 12 months placement experience will also be considered.
