ROLE: Receptionist & Events Administrator

SALARY: £27,000 per annum

LOCATION: Hammersmith

JOB TYPE: Full time, Permanent

HOURS: Monday-Friday, 8.30am-5.30am or 9.00am - 6.00pm, flexibility needed for events

Do you thrive in a vibrant work environment? As a Receptionist & Events Administrator, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to the Office Manager, sales, and occasionally the marketing department. Here are some key responsibilities you'll embrace:

  • Control and manage incoming/outgoing mail ??
  • Serve as the first point of contact by answering the switchboard and welcoming visitors with enthusiasm ??
  • Become proficient with the CRM system, acting as a 'help desk' for users ??
  • Verify and approve opportunities in Salesforce
  • Foster strong relationships with colleagues and assist in managing daily office operations
  • Ensure a seamless rebook process for onsite events
  • Distribute confirmation letters to clients, keeping everyone updated
  • Maintain the accuracy of figures between the CRM and company reports
  • Manage office supplies and oversee office calendars ??
  • Participate in ad-hoc tasks as needed for smooth operations
