Assistant Manager

We are looking for a creative and entrepreneurial Assistant Manager for one of our flagship pubs in north London. As the successful candidate you will embrace and enjoy the freedom and autonomy given to you to contribute towards the successful running and growth of the business whilst at the same time delivering the high standards expected of a Northern Union pub.

Responsibilities:

• You will assist the GM in developing, motivating and training an outstanding and passionate team.
• You will focus on delivering the very best in customer service and experience.
• You will work closely with the GM to hit commercial targets.
