As the CEO’s right-hand person, you will manage complex schedules, and coordinate key activities with efficiency.What You’ll Do CEO Support:
  • Oversee and coordinate the CEO’s schedule, including internal and external meetings and personal appointments.
  • Manage all aspects of the CEO’s domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transport.
  • Attend meetings as necessary, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
  • Plan and organise events, including internal meetings, formal dinners, and external functions.
Who You Are
  • Proven experience supporting C-suite executives, ideally in high-pressure environments and the property sector.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build rapport with stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
