A not-to-be-missed opportunity to join a global Executive Search firm in support of a professional at the top of their field. ISE are delighted to offer this involved, challenging role, to an EA who is looking for an exciting and involved next step.  You will be right hand to your dynamic boss: the gatekeeper, ear to the ground, and key liaison for high profile candidates and clients.This is a great next step for an EA looking to support 1:1 – this role is a real right hand role which will suit someone who is accustomed to running multiple projects.You will be a logistical genius – getting important meetings into back-to-back diaries, subject to last-minute changes, will be a challenge you relish.  You will have a ‘make it happen’ attitude and attention to detail, which is second to none.This senior consultant leads the firm’s most dynamic and pressurised practice areas, working with some of the world's most demanding global companies and PE-backed businesses so there will be a high volume of client contact. You will need to be comfortable with lots of external liaison, and have outstanding communication skills, to be an excellent brand representative at all times. Strong, stable professional services or investment sector experience is essential.The role:
  • Full diary, inbox and schedule management with careful oversight of re-prioritising where necessary
  • Partnering on high volume of senior and complex searches, taking a strong interest in the work and the relationships being forged
  • Working closely with PE clients or plc boards with the ability to diplomatically push back or chase where necessary
  • Proactively finding solutions to complex logistical challenges - spotting patterns of behaviour and preferences
  • Extensive collaboration across London office and globally
  • Support and coordination for several internal working groups
  • Also heavily involved in office-wide initiatives and projects
You will be:
  • Keenly committed to being an EA, and outstandingly organised
  • Brilliant with diaries and logistics
  • Able to upkeep the CRM and multiple spreadsheets, with total accuracy
  • Able to note take on pacey calls with external stakeholders 
  • Able to keep track of multiple projects, simultaneously – your boss may have 12 projects running at any given time
  • An articulate communicator, with an excellent gauge of how to interact with senior professionals
  • An anticipatory and independent thinker, able to cope with charming yet demanding personalities

Experience:
  • EA experience in roles involving high pace, volume and quality requirements
  • Ideally at least 5 years of professional experience in a client focused business with C-level interactions
  • Preference for search or professional services or private equity experience
