We are hiring for Assistants who are looking for the next step, if you love supporting varied teams of fun and interesting characters, and have experience in a fast-paced environment, then this could be the role for you!

You will be heavily relied on to support large, charismatic teams with the following duties!

  • Create, design and format high quality documents and decks using MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Process expenses in a timely and accurate manner
  • Book meeting rooms, equipment, restaurants and other logistics
  • Oversee diaries and coordinate schedules and pre-empt scheduling conflicts
  • Book national and international travel
  • Support with marketing initiatives
  • Assist on coordination of high impact events

We are seeking candidates who have a passion for excellence, have some experience in a similar role and looking to uplevel your role, ideally you will have worked in a global environment and have solid all round admin and IT skills.
