Executive Assistant

  • Executive Assistant managing projects from start to finish.

The role:

  • Supporting on a 1:2 basis.
  • Complex diary and logistics, meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Updating database with all relevant client info/details and generating reports.
  • Able to work with and handle highly confidential information.
  • Attention to detail to ensure all documentation is delivered to a high standard.
  • Preparing documents, proof reading and formatting, client pitches, presentations and letters.
  • Awareness of projects and key clients and keeping on top of deliverables.
  • Understand specifics of each client.
  • Preparing and submitting expenses and client billings.
  • Seeing projects through from start to finish.
  • General support to the team when required.
