This role requires managing day-to-day activities, anticipating needs, and staying one step ahead.You will need to be a strong communicator with a numerate mind, be responsible for organising meetings, itineraries, preparing materials, and taking action-oriented meeting notes. The role involves setting up and implementing processes, carrying out research, drafting communications, compiling reports, and assisting with various projects.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure effective communication between the Partner and other teams, Managing Partner, and key stakeholders.Arrange regular meetings related to the Business /Commercial Division,Prepare materials for meetings, proofread documents, and take practical meeting notes.To act as an Ambassador for the company and the Partner and act on his behalf when dealing with colleagues and clientsAssist in setting up and implementing processes for the operational running of the Commercial Division.Conduct research and compile reports using MS Word and Excel.Manage accurate billing for one of the firm's largest clients.Work effectively with other legal and business services departments, using tact and diplomacy.Qualities and Skills" High level of confidentiality and integrity."
