My client, a dynamic and creative fashion branding and development company specialising in the design, development, and retail of clothing and accessories, is seeking a forward-thinking and passionate Executive Assistant to join their vibrant team. This is a unique opportunity to support four members of the C-suite team (CEO, COO, CFO, and Managing Director), all of whom are personable and engaging.If you're looking to be part of a creative, fast-paced environment and you thrive in a role that offers both responsibility and variety, this could be the perfect fit for you!Role Details:
  • Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, 5 days a week, in-office in North London.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Diligent diary management for C-suite executives.
  • Extensive international travel booking and coordination, including visa arrangements.
  • Handling expenses and general administration.
  • Onboarding and offboarding employees.
  • Supporting with general HR and ad-hoc administrative duties.
Who You Are:
  • You have 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong expertise in booking international travel, coordinating across multiple time zones, and arranging visas.
  • You’re personable, energetic, and a proactive self-starter with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent emotional intelligence and ability to work seamlessly with various stakeholders.
  • Experience in the creative, fashion, or manufacturing industry would be a bonus!
