Silver and Bow are looking for a Junior PA to join a highly organised, energetic and proactive individual to join a top-notch PA team as a Junior PA for a Private Family Office. This is an opportunity for someone to work in a collaborative environment and learn from first-class EA’s. Responsibilities

  • The position will be extremely varied - no two days are the same, ability to multitask and adapt is essential.
  • Competent and able to communicate with Principals when EA’s are away.
  • Always be one step ahead, pre-emptive and reminding.
  • Assisting with meticulous property management record keeping.
  • Attending contractor servicing appointments off site - reporting back to operations team.
  • Prepare and organising documents, presentations, updating spreadsheets.
  • Assisting with booking travel, appointments, restaurants, diary management, errand running.
  • Ability to manage and deliver on some ad hoc basic research projects, e.g., events management, complex luxury holidays.
  • Be confident liaising with Family members, domestic and office staff.
  • High levels of cooperation with other team members and demonstrating a strong commitment to team values.
  • Responsible for keeping the office immaculate, helping with reception cover, office orders, assisting with board lunches.

  • Proficient in using tools and software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, Teams

  • This role is office based 5 days per week with the opportunity to work from home 1 day per month.
  • Hours: 9:00am-5:30pm
