Our client is looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide essential administrative and organisational support to a team of four senior professionals. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of the team, coordinating activities, and supporting wider organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to a team of four senior leaders.
Manage diaries, schedules, and meetings, ensuring efficient time management across the team.
Organise travel, accommodation, and logistics for external meetings, events, and conferences.
Prepare and format documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Act as a first point of contact, handling communications and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Assist with meeting coordination, including scheduling, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on actions.
Support the team with research and preparation of materials for meetings and projects.
Maintain accurate records and filing systems, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Process invoices, expenses, and financial documentation in line with organisational procedures.
Provide general office management support, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Experience Required:
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and diplomatic approach.
High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other administrative software.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and support multiple team members effectively.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
