About the Role:We are recruiting on behalf of a leading talent management firm for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support a senior Talent Manager who represents actors and directors across film, television, and theatre. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual with a passion for the entertainment industry to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:You will manage a busy and ever-changing diary, arrange meetings, travel, and itineraries, and handle expenses, correspondence, and client interactions with discretion and professionalism. The role also involves tracking contracts, scripts, and offers, maintaining client biographies and showreels, and ensuring the smooth running of the Partner's professional life. Additionally, you will assist with personal tasks such as restaurant bookings and gifting.
