Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of not-for-profit clients, including high-profile charities, international organisations, and educational institutions.
- Lead and attend client meetings, ensuring all client needs are met with the highest standards of service.
- Provide general business advice and support to clients, enhancing their operations and compliance.
- Engage in business development activities within the charity sector, including tendering for new clients and expanding our service reach.
- Supervise, mentor, and manage audit staff, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.
- Conduct internal training sessions for staff and managers to ensure continuous development and adherence to industry standards.
