Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic financial support and analysis to senior stakeholders
- Oversee planning cycles, forecasting, and budget management
- Drive the development of performance metrics, reporting templates, and financial management automation
- Support financial due diligence for strategic activities such as mergers, acquisitions, or refinancing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights
Requirements:
- Fully qualified accountant with experience in Private Equity backed businesses
- ACA qualified from a Big 4 / Top 20 accounting firm
- Proven track record in budgeting, reporting, and financial systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Commercially aware and solution-oriented mindset.
