Description
- Oversee global financial operations and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support organisational objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management to make informed financial decisions.
- Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Ensure transparency and accuracy in all financial transactions.
- Support the implementation of new financial systems and processes.
- Promote a culture of financial awareness and accountability across the organisation.
- Provide strategic leadership to the finance team and foster a collaborative environment.
Profile
A successful Global FD should have:
- Recognised professional accounting qualification.
- Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role.
- Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and procedures - SORP specifically.
- Strong strategic planning and financial analysis skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in using financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience in another International Charity
Job Offer
