Description
The key duties for the Senior FP&A Manager are as follows:
- Lead the FP&A team of 5, driving strategic financial planning and analysis
- Drive the annual budget process and monthly forecasting
- Experience with consolidation-resources, business centres, cost centres
- Budgeting
- Forecasting (top down and bottom up)
- Balance sheet forecasting
- Transfer pricing
- Managing and producing a P+L cash flow model
Profile
A successful Group Head of FP&A should have:
- 2 years experience of leading a FP&A team of 4 people
- Balance sheet forecasting experience
- Be able to deal with managing 25+ budgets with a view for this number to double in the next 12 months
- Professional certification in a relevant field (e.g., ACCA, CIMA)
- Prior experience in a senior FP&A role
- Demonstrable leadership skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of financial regulations and standards
- Experience in the not-for-profit sector would be advantageous
