As part of the growth, the business is looking for a Head of FP&A & Reporting for one of their luxury brands that turnover £800m globally. Founded 80 years ago the brand is synonymous with luxury and celebrations and offer a broad range of products.

Description
The Head of FP&A & Reporting role is responsible for the financial operations of the division to drive decision making and performance. You will lead on this from a global perspective and cover analysis, reporting, performance, forecasting and planning; as well as business cases
- Key business partner to regional teams
- Prepare and analysis performance and results
- Support and challenge decision making
- Competitor analysis
- Develop insightful reporting
- KPI development and setting
- Scenario and business case modelling
- Budget and forecasting
- Ad-hoc projects
Profile
The Head of FP&A & Reporting will be:
- A fully qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACC) with 6+ years PQE
- FP&A experience
- Financial accounting experience with experience of cash flow and working capital
- Proven leadership skills
- Financial modelling
- Excellent communication skills
- FMCG experience
- Technical accounting skills
