MERJE is seeking a dynamic Head of London Markets to join a leading insurance compliance consultancy. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop new business in the London Market, contribute to strategic growth, and deliver high-quality services to clients in the insurance sector.
Location: All employees are home based - with some travel needed to see clients in London (all travel expenses covered).

The Role
The Head of London Markets will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, contributing to pricing strategies, and delivering services such as coverholder audits and file reviews. This role offers a chance to shape the company's growth in the London Market.
Key Responsibilities of the Head of London Markets:
- Develop and implement strategies to grow new business in the London Market
- Contribute to pricing strategies and budget forecasting
- Manage client relationships and deliver high-quality services
- Collaborate with Technical Consultants to ensure timely project delivery
- Stay abreast of regulatory developments impacting London Market clients
Required knowledge and experience for the Head of London Markets role:
- Extensive knowledge of the Lloyd's market and general insurance products
- Strong understanding of FCA regulatory requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- ACII qualification (or studying towards it)
