Programme Manager - Group Risk - Risk & Controls - 12 month contract (Umbrella only)I have an opportunity for a skilled Programme Manager to oversee the ongoing Risk & Controls change delivery for a well known Fintech client. This is a pivotal role that requires an individual with extensive experience working at Board level and a excellent understanding of Risk & Control, ideally within corporate environments, particularly in Fintech or Financial Services.The role can be remote first with flexibility for occasional travel for meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate multiple workstreams at various stages of their life cycle.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and documentation for senior executives and the Board.
  • Ensure effective communication across all levels of the organisation.
  • Facilitate the successful delivery of Risk & Controls changes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in Risk & Control.
  • Demonstrable experience working at Board level.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience within Fintech or Financial Services is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of UK Corporate Governance Code (2024) would be an advantage
