Senior Finance Business Partner (1 year Fixed Term Contract)

London (with hybrid working)

£80,000 + £10,000 completion bonus

Global healthcare company is looking to recruit a Senior Finance Business Partner for a one year fixed term contract. The successful candidate will be the finance lead for new product launches, product cost analysis within one of the business units. This position demands an individual with a strong financial acumen who can demonstrate strong business partnering skills.

Main responsibilities

  • Finance lead and business partner for new product launches partnering with the VP of Product and their direct reports and responsible for ensuring financial rigor across the lead to launch process
  • Responsible for all financial reporting, tracking, analysis and forecasting of new product launches, pre and post launch
  • Responsible for leading and ensuring effective financial evaluation of business cases and post investment appraisals, validating and challenging key modelling assumptions
  • Through strong collaboration with Business Development, Commercial and PMO teams provide key inputs and insights into the monthly reporting and budget and forecasting cycles
  • Provision and presentation of detailed product and segment analysis providing key insights on price, volume and market trends that support key business decisions
  • Responsible for identifying and evaluating risks and opportunities, driving actions to mitigate or enhance performance

Your background

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant
  • Financial modelling and P&L experience Critical Skills
  • Experienced in complex financial analysis
  • Highly motivated self-starter, ability to initiate and manage projects with minimal supervision
  • Ability to organise, manage, and prioritise multiple deliverables with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to perform and deliver quality results within a highly matrixed environment
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively partner with Senior Leaders providing insight and challenge Additional Knowledge & Skills
  • Experience working with SAP, Tableau, Power BI, and/or SQL databases
