Transfer Pricing - Senior Associate

Deals Tax - Big 4 Firm

Our Big4 client is looking for an experienced Senior Associate to join their ever-growing Deals tax team, to meet the continued demand for their specialist Transfer pricing services.

The transfer pricing team based in London provides first class specialist advice on all aspects of the UK and international transfer pricing regime across a diverse range of clients across all industries and ranging from start-ups to large international groups. In this role you will be:

  • Working with the Deals Tax practice as a subject matter specialist
  • Undertaking transfer pricing planning and pricing implementation,
  • Involvement and coordination of European and global transfer pricing engagements working with specialists across our global network
  • Supporting companies through all elements of business change (e.g. changes to manufacturing footprint, supply chain organisations, IP planning
  • Supporting companies in pricing intercompany financing transactions, including long-term debt, cash pooling, etc.

The ideal candidate will possess a Chartered Accountant (ACA) or Chartered Tax Advisor (ATT, CTA) or equivalent international or legal professional qualification or have equivalent work experience.

  • A track record of delivering high-quality transfer pricing work for clients; demonstrating an understanding of the client's business and relevant professional standards and maintaining client relationships.
  • Ability to build internal and external relationships and networks, both within the UK and overseas
  • Developed communication skills, specifically in negotiating with and influencing others
  • Strong analytical, project management and report writing skills.
  • Ability to apply specific tax technical knowledge & insights in a fast-paced commercial environment
