You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the wider team, delivering comprehensive administrative support.

What you will do:

Recruitment Support:

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment administrative process, including drafting job adverts, arranging interviews, and scheduling assessments.
  • Collaborating with recruitment agencies, providing timely feedback on CVs and interviews.
  • Conducting right-to-work checks and coordinating announcements.

Event Coordination:

  • Assisting with events like job fairs and CV workshops to attract top talent.

Administrative Support:

  • Organising travel and managing team diaries.
  • Supporting departmental projects with precision and efficiency.

Procurement & Budget Management

  • Handling procurement activities for recruitment and training.
  • Raising purchase orders, tracking budgets, and ensuring data accuracy.

Skills you'll need

  • A minimum of 3 admin years’ experience within a fast-paced and highly varied environment
  • Experience in leading recruitment including interviewing 
  • Proven experience using various systems including SAP (or alternative People systems and Purchasing systems)
  • Knowledge of SAP HR, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
  • Strong project management skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines, ability to demonstrate initiative and a positive can-do attitude
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
