Are you a dedicated, enthusiastic and experienced individual seeking employment in a professional educational environment? Join our team as an HR Administrator at a dynamic school in Ealing, London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process and coordinating the onboarding process for new vacancies within the school.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records for all staff members, ensuring compliance regulations and confidentiality policies are followed.
  • Ensure the school complies with employment laws and regulations as well as implementing school policies and assisting with the preparation for audits.
  • Provide administrative support for staff development, including scheduling training sessions, tracking mandatory certifications, and assisting with performance appraisals.
  • Support the processing of staff payroll, monitor attendance and leave records, and assist with the administration as required to.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an HR or administrative role, ideally within an educational or school setting.
  • Understanding of employment legislation, safeguarding policies, and regulations related to working in schools.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with staff, candidates, and external parties.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office, general computer literacy and familiarity with HR software and systems is a plus.
