Job Title: HR Assistant - 2 days in/3 days from home

Summary:Our client, a leading firm, is seeking a bright, enthusiastic, and capable HR Assistant to join their dynamic Human Resources team. This exciting and varied role will provide administrative and advisory HR support primarily to their Legal and Business Services teams. The role will require collaboration with HR Advisors and Managers, along with interaction with multiple internal teams, offering both business-facing and administrative responsibilities. You will assist with key HR processes, international assignments, employee relations, and much more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact for HR queries from Legal and Business Services teams.
  • Handle correspondence related to contracts, probation, absences, performance management, and flexible working.
  • Manage the leaver process, including paperwork and exit interviews.
  • Oversee parental leave processes, liaising with employees and preparing return-to-work inductions.
  • Assist with international assignments and secondment arrangements.
  • Support performance management and employee relations meetings.
  • Help with annual salary review processes and payroll submissions.
  • Provide general support for ad-hoc HR projects, policy updates, and system management.

Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong service delivery with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage workload effectively and work under pressure.
  • HR administration experience within a professional services environment is ideal.
  • Highly proficient in Excel and other systems.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in HR administration and professional services is essential
