Hyperion Partners is proud to be recruiting for a Luxury Day Concierge to join a highly exclusive, high-end residential development in central London. Our client is a renowned leader in luxury living, providing an exceptional lifestyle for its residents through world-class amenities and unparalleled service standards. The Luxury Day Concierge will play a key role in delivering a personalised, five-star service to residents and their guests, ensuring every request is fulfilled with the highest level of attention and discretion.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for residents during the day, offering a bespoke concierge service designed to exceed their expectations. Your responsibilities will range from coordinating logistics to providing tailored recommendations, ensuring that residents’ daily lives run seamlessly and effortlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide an exceptional level of concierge service to residents, anticipating their needs and offering personalised assistance throughout the day.
  • Manage a variety of requests, including arranging transportation, booking reservations, securing tickets for events, organising personal shopping, and handling special requests.
  • Act as a knowledgeable resource for residents, providing expert recommendations for dining, entertainment, cultural activities, and services in and around London.
  • Facilitate requests related to housekeeping, maintenance, and deliveries, liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Organise and oversee resident events, both social and cultural, ensuring a flawless execution and memorable experiences for all attendees.
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of local high-end venues, attractions, and experiences, allowing you to offer curated recommendations that align with residents' preferences.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the concierge desk, managing daily operational tasks, responding to inquiries promptly, and keeping residents informed of any important updates or events within the development.
  • Build and nurture strong, positive relationships with residents, creating a welcoming and personalised environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as security and maintenance, to ensure the development operates to the highest standard of service.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a luxury hospitality, concierge, or high-end customer service role, ideally within a residential or five-star hotel environment.
  • A passion for delivering impeccable service and a natural ability to anticipate and fulfil resident needs.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with individuals at all levels.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Extensive knowledge of luxury services, venues, and activities in London, or a keen interest in developing an in-depth understanding of the city's elite offerings.
  • A professional, polished appearance and a courteous, approachable demeanour at all times.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a calm and composed attitude.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required to meet the needs of the residents.
