We are looking for a passionate and skilledSous Chefwith a background in fine dining, ideally within AA rosette restaurants, 5-star hotels, or private members' clubs. You should possess strong knowledge of both Italian and British cuisine, with expertise in food costing, rota management, and leading a team of approximately 12 chefs. You will be supported by a dedicated senior team and work with top-quality suppliers, with excellent scope for career progression within the company.
