About the Role:We are partnered with a Accounting firm who are looking for a Tax Manager to join their London Practice Firm. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a current Assistant Tax Manager who is ready to step up and take on greater responsibility or a Tax Manager looking to explore new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering compliance and advisory services across a range of tax areas.
  • Leading tax planning and advisory projects, including corporate restructuring, international tax, and personal tax planning.
  • Supervising and reviewing the work of staff, providing guidance and training to support their development.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact for tax matters.
  • Staying updated on changes in tax legislation and advising clients accordingly.
  • Contributing to the growth and success of the tax department through business development and client engagement.

About You:

  • ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified (or equivalent).
  • Experience in a practice environment, with exposure to both corporate and personal tax.
  • Strong technical skills and the ability to manage complex tax matters.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • A proactive and ambitious mindset, with the desire to develop your career further.
