Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Curriculum Manager for a Local Authority Client based in North London.

In this role, you will lead the design, delivery, and quality assurance of adult learning programs, ensuring they align with local and national strategies while empowering residents to progress in their education and employment.

About the role:

You will be tasked with delivering key strategic objectives:

  • Design and develop adult learning programs, ensuring compliance with OfSTED frameworks and funding requirements.
  • Lead and support teaching staff while contributing to the strategic development of adult learning services.
  • Oversee budgets for learning programs and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor program performance, implement improvements, and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.

About you:

The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:

  • Significant experience in designing and delivering adult learning programs, preferably in the adult and community learning or further education sector.
  • Experience in leading and managing a team of teaching staff, fostering collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
  • Proven track record in managing quality assurance processes in line with OfSTED frameworks and other relevant inspection standards.
  • Experience using data and feedback to evaluate and improve educational programs and learner outcomes.

What's on offer:

Salary: £24+ph

*may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience*

Contract type: 3-6, months minimum, with a high likelihood of extension

Hours: Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week
