Your new companyYou will be working for a global IT company based in Central LondonThis role will operate on a fully remote basis.Your new roleYou will be working as a Temporary Recruitment Coordinator for an initial 3 month period however there is potential for this role to become permanent.Some duties will include:Recruitment Support
- Assist in posting job openings on internal and external job boards, career sites, and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records and ensure accurate documentation in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Sourcing and Outreach
- Support sourcing efforts to identify potential candidates through various channels, including databases, networking, and job fairs.
- Draft and send outreach messages to engage passive candidates.
- Monitor job postings for visibility and update them as needed.
Candidate Experience
- Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates at every stage of the recruitment process.
- Provide candidates with clear information about the role, company culture, and expectations.
- Address candidate enquiries or concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Provide administrative support to recruiters and ensure timely completion of recruitment-related tasks.
