Job Title: Global People Operations Manager Contract: 3m FTC to Perm. Location: LondonHybrid: 3 days in office and 2 WFH. Salary: £90,000 + 10% Bonus. NB: Our client requires a January start for this role, so candidates must be available to start at short notice. JGA are partnering with an exciting tech business seeking a Global People Operations Manager to oversee their international function. Key Responsibilities:
  • Improve key employee experiences and operational processes.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership and senior stakeholders on strategy and integration projects.
  • Own global HR policies, processes, and systems while ensuring local compliance.
  • Lead and develop an international People Operations team.
  • Drive HR tech innovations, data insights, and reporting.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits, and global mobility with precision.

  • Proven international HR Operations expertise with deep generalist knowledge.
  • Skilled in problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder management.
  • Experienced in HR transformation, M&A, and fast-paced environments.
  • A strong leader with excellent communication and organizational skills.
